When I think of dynamic musical duos, several people come to mind. Ike & Tina Turner, Rufus & Chaka Khan… Jay-Z and Beyoncé… and definitely hitmakers Timbaland and Missy Elliott.
It’s been a while but the two have done it again. Missy officially released two new singles today, “9th Inning” & “Triple Threat”, both featuring the unique sound.
Both tracks are great, but the better of the two is definitely “Triple Threat”. Listening to it reminds me exactly why Missy & Timbaland are legends in the game: their music is ahead of their time, so it remains relevant year after year.
