CNN reports that the special prosecutor in the Trayvon Martin killing investigation has decided not to present the case to a Grand Jury. The jury was scheduled to convene tomorrow to decide whether or not George Zimmerman should be indicted for killing Trayvon Martin at the end of February.
The decision to indict now rest squarely on the shoulders of that special prosecutor.
