What a great video, and an important reminder. When I was younger, failure or falling short would bother me a lot. I thought it meant I wasn’t cut out to be an artist. Like it was a sign.
But now I realize I’m cut out to be whatever I’m passionate about being — there’s no outside force that gets to determine what I can be. The only factor is whether I’m willing to work with myself, shape myself, through persistent effort.
